The staff of Tiny Tumblers recognizes our obligation to make students and parents aware of the risks associated with participation in gymnastics. Gymnastics can be dangerous and can possibly lead to injury or death. Parents should do their best to make children aware of the possibility of injury and encourage children to follow all safety rules and the teachers' instructions.

With the above in mind, and being fully aware of the risks of injury or death involved in the sport of gymnastics, I, the parent or guardian, consent to have my child or children participate in the Tiny Tumblers program and release Tiny Tumblers and its staff from any liability and/or negligence should injury or death occur.

Payment policy: All payments are due the last week of the previous session in order to be enrolled in an upcoming session. Each month, you will receive a reminder notice stating the amount and date due. If your payment is not made on time, a $5 late fee will be added to your tuition. The new amount must be paid prior to class participation.

Make-up policy: Whenever possible, please call the gym before your child will miss a class. Due to small class sizes at Tiny Tumblers, make-up classes are available on a limited basis. Only two make-up classes are permitted each session. You must schedule your make-up with an instructor. If the make-up class is missed for any reason it cannot be rescheduled. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed classes.
